Pre-crushing, the dual-shaft shredder has the characteristics of low speed and high torque, and can pre-shred scrap tires into 50-300mm pieces without removing the tire rims. Material return system: The material return system is composed of conveyor belt and disc sorting machine. After being shredded, the fragments are transported to the disc sorting machine. Fragments of suitable size will be screened out and transported to the wire separator for further Processing, the oversized fragments will be transported back to the shredder machine for processing again. Secondary crushing: The steel wire separator is equipped with a serrated blade shaft, which has a strong shredding ability, and can further tear the tire and separate the steel wire. Wire separation: The steel wire processed by the wire separator is completely separated from the tire rubber. The steel wire is sorted out of the rubber by a cross-type magnetic separator. The high-strength magnetic attraction and the wear-resistant material belt make the separation of the steel wire and the rubber nearly perfect. Crusher crushing: The crusher is equipped with a unique design to the knife roller, which is conducive to the further crushing of tire rubber. The open design facilitates heat dissipation and dust reduction.
The size of the rubber can be controlled by replacing the screen. Rubber size sorting: The vibrating screen can screen the rubber of different sizes, and the larger size rubber particles are sent back to the crusher for further crushing. The rubber of appropriate size is screened by vibration, and the rubber particles of larger size are sent back to the crusher for further crushing. The rubber of appropriate size is sent to a Z-type separator through a vibrating screen to separate some fibers. Separation of fibers: Z-type sorting machine can separate the fiber materials in the pride particles. The magnetic separator is equipped under the Z sorting machine to separate the residual steel wire to ensure the purity of the rubber particles. The system is connected to the pulse device and removes dust simultaneously during the sorting process. Central dust removal device: The central dust removal device collects the dust and fibers generated during the breaking of the tire line through the air pipe. Electric control cabinet: The electric control cabinet is equipped to automate the operation of the tire line, and the touch screen operation makes the whole line programming, maintenance and repair convenient.
