Waste tire crushing and recycling production line

The waste tire recycling production line consists of various types of heavy equipment. Its function is to fully automatically separate rubber, steel wire and fiber materials from car tires, truck tires and OTR tires. This series of production lines run at room temperature without any chemical additives and will not cause secondary pollution to the environment. Depending on the configuration, the output of the production line ranges from 500kg/hour to 2000kg/hour, which is suitable for small and medium-sized tire recycling projects.

“Modeled automatic waste tire decomposition system at room temperature” adopts the normal temperature crushing method to recover waste tires and carry out resource recovery and secondary application, which can realize tire crushing, wire separation, fiber separation, and tire powder at one time without any chemical additives. It can produce fine rubber powder of 0.42-0.12mm under normal temperature, which can effectively deal with waste tires, and at the same time, resource recycling and environmental protection coexist. Compared with the traditional pulverization method, the “Modelized Fully Automatic Waste Tire Room Temperature Decomposition System” of British Enpat has good energy-saving effect and is at the domestic and international advanced level. “Little Three” is of great significance.

The waste tire recycling production line includes the following main equipment

• Wire drawing machine – extracts thick wires from tires

• Infeed conveyor belt – conveys tires to primary shredder

• Twin Shaft Shredder – Shreds tires

• Conveyor belt – conveys tire chips

• Wire Separator – Pulverizes tire chips to 15-20mm particles to separate the rubber from the wire

• Magnetic separator – separates steel wires from rubber

• Conveyor belt – conveys rubber pellets

• Crusher – further crush the rubber particles to 1-4mm, so that the rubber is separated from the fibers,

remove some fibers

• Vibrating screen – sorts rubber particles according to particle size and removes some fibers

• Fiber separation system – separates remaining fibers

• Magnetic Separator – removes fine wires that may remain
